Linking to a Specific Record in LOIS
A user can link directly to an individual record such as a building, site or locality record. Many users employ this option when they want to feature a specific building or site on their web site. To create the URL needed to access the individual record, the user will incorporate their "user id" into one of the following templates along with the "record number". The record number can be found on the administration or presentation site in the address bar when the record is opened. URL TemplatesReplace the items in red ink with information pertaining to the user id and record number to create the link.
