Locality - Deleting a Locality Record

 A user can not delete a locality.  When a user profile is initially set-up, a user is automatically assigned view rights to all localities that are represented in the organization's service area.  If a user serves a locality they do not want listed on their LOIS Presentation site, the user can only do the following to remove it: 

  1. Access the Data Administration Facility site
  2. Select the User Settings tab
  3. From the drop down menu, select Locality Access
  4. Select Hide by the Locality Record. 

If a user has a locality listed in their profile they do not serve, contact the LOIS administrator at locationone@locationone.com and it will be removed from the profile.
