The overview page allows a user to customize the header that displays on each page of the LOIS presentation site. This header is necessary to identify the organization that is linking to LOIS.

This header will appear at the top of every page and is incorporated into the printable flyers. For best results, a header should have the same design features as the user's web site so LOIS can be easily integrated, providing a customized appearance. (e.g colors, font type, etc.).

There are several options to create a header which include:

• Text Only
• Text and Image (Text Left/Image Right)
• Second Text Line and Image as a Masthead (Image Left/Text Left)
• Image Only (Right Justified)
• Image Only as a Masthead (Left Justified)

Organization Titles - Text Fields

When using the organization title field(s), the user has the the following options to modify the text.

• Color
• Bold
• Font Type (If the font type is misspelled, it will default to Arial)
• Font Size (If the font size is left empty, it will revert to a default size.)

Organizational Title 1

• Users must complete Organizational Title 1. (If the user prefers not to have anything displayed in that field on the presentation site because an image will be left justified, simply enter a space.)
• This title typically appears in larger font than Organizational Title 2. If the font size is left empty, the default size is 24 pt.
• There is a 100 character maximum in this filed.

Organizational Title 2

• Users are not required to complete Organizational Title 2.
• This title is typically, but is not required to appear, smaller than Organizational Title #1. If the font size is left empty, the default size is 18 pt.
• There is a 100 character maximum in this field.

Organization Image - Image Fields

Image Name: This field will be completed by the LOIS Administrator after the header image has been submitted to locationone@locationone.com

Use image as Masthead: This field determines the position of the image. If yes is selected, the organization image will be left justified. If no is selected, the image will be right justified. When sending the image, let the administrator know if you have a preference.

Hyperlink: This field, when populated, will create a hyperlink to the web address entered into the field from the header image on the presentation site.

Here are examples of how other users have created a header for their organization.

Text Only

Using the two text fields only. Text fields are left justified on the page.

Text and Image (Text Left/Image Right)

In this scenario, "no" is selected for the masthead and the image is displayed at the top right hand corner of the header. This allows the user to type up to two organization lines. Font type, color and size are all options to customize the text portion of the header.

Second Text Line and Image as a Masthead (Image Left/Text Left)

Images are displayed at the top left hand corner of the header. This allows the user to utilize the second organization line. Font type, color and size are all options to customize the text portion of the header.

Image as a Masthead

No text lines are used. The images makes up the complete header.
